When you visit eGardenSheds.com.au and give us your email address you consent for us to communicate with you by e-mail. Should you no longer want to receive communications with us then please click on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of all e-mails.

Payments

Just pick the garden shed and add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate a delivery depot or home delivery during the check out process. If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on

You can also place your order through the phone and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), bank or personal Cheque, money order or bank transfer.

As a result we cannot make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, usefulness, or completeness of the materials provided on the Site, emails, live chat, on the telephone or any other ways of communication.

In no event shall Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or Punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of the same, based on your use of the site or any information contained in the site Site, emails, live chat, on telephone conversations or any other ways of communication.

Customers are responsible for arranging all permits and approvals of their buildings purchased from Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd. Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd provides all required documentation for the approval process to the customer, however, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the building and construction has been approved by the local Council and the building purchased meets Council requirements (size, wind rating, colour or any other Council requirements that might be in place).

Colour samples on our site may appear on your screen slightly differently than in real life as they may vary depending on your screen resolution and other individual settings of your display screen.

All Colour steel garden sheds, aviaries and pool pump covers are designed with white (Off White or Surf Mist) or Zinc channels, trims and ridge cap. All Zinc items are designed with Zinc channels, trims and ridge cap.

Returns & Refunds

If you made a wrong colour or size selection, that’s ok you can send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the factory in Brisbane QLD) within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll change it for you. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply. If you changed your mind and don’t want the item, that’s ok too. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the factory in Brisbane QLD) and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.

We will refund the monies to you within 1 week of us receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner. The refund will be credited to your credit card in the same manner as payment was made to Cheap Sheds. We will notify you personally by email once the refund have been completed.

Please note that all of our Durabuilt EasySheds and Spanbilt workshops are manufactured to order and the manufacturers do not accept returns for those items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding returns.

Please note that we, Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd, reserve the right to change the contents of this Legal Statement, including without limitation any of the Terms and Conditions, at any time in our sole discretion. You will be required to comply with any such revisions and therefore should periodically visit this Legal Statement to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
