How can I place an order on eGardenSheds.com.au?

Once you find the shed that you would like to purchase, choose the colour that you prefer, select your delivery option, add accessories to your order that you'd like to buy with your shed thenput it into your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. You have the option to register on the site and create your account or you can also check out as a guest without creating an account. If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on 1300 913571. You can also place your order over the phone and pay by Visa or Master card, bank or personal Cheque, money order or bank transfer.

 

When will I receive my shed?

Sheds are normally manufactured and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment received, and delivery takes place within 3-9 business days depending on your location. If you select our complimentary depot delivery option you will receive a phone call from the depot once your shed is ready for your collection. If any delays occur for an unforseen reason, we'll be in contact to let you know and update you regularly on your purchase or you can also contact us any time if you wish to follow up on your order.

 

How can I contact you if I have any questions about my shed?

Is it easy to assemble my shed?

Our sheds come with easy to follow, illustrated step-by-step installation instructions. You can also visit our Assembly page for more information and check out our assembly videos.

 

Do you offer warranty with your sheds?

Yes, our sheds come with up to 20 YEAR WRITTEN WARRANTY. You can be assured that your investment will be around for a long time to come. We are cheap on the prices but not on the quality.

 

Where are the products made?

We are very proud to say that all of our steel sheds are made in Australia. The Absco and Spanbilt products are manufactured in Brisbane, QLD while the DurabuiltEasySHEDs are made in Albury, NSW. Our vinyl and resin storage sheds are made in the USA.

 

Do you offer accessories with your sheds?

Yes, we have a wide range of accessories available. You will see a list of accessories that you can purchase with your shed on the individual product pages. You can add anchor kit to secure your shed to your concrete slab, skylight sheet, sliding perspexwindow, louvre window, steel shelving, locking door, sliding door, tool holders and cyclonic upgrade if you live in a cyclonic area.

 

Are your sheds suitable for cyclonic areas?

Our Absco and Spanbilt sheds are engineered to W41C wind rating, to withstand wind speed of 147km per hour. Cyclone kits are available with most of our steel models to suit W50C cyclonic conditions, for wind speeds of up to 180km per hour. TheDurabuiltStormSHEDs are suitable for cyclone regions (Region D/Category 2) withstanding wind speeds up to 88 m/s (316 kph), compiling with W60 cyclonic conditions.While our resin and vinyl sheds are not suitable for cyclonic regions.

 

Do you have a Customer Data and Privacy Policy in place?

Yes, we have privacy policy to show our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted suppliers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. We do not store any of your financial information, your payment is done through a secure PayPal PayFlow Pro gateway system. We only collect information from you that we need to complete the transaction. Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

 

Do you have a delivery policy?

Yes, please visit our Delivery page for more information. We have different delivery arrangements with different manufacturers for depot delivery as well as for home delivery, so please make sure you check out our delivery page for more details. Do you have return and refund policy in place?

If you made a wrong colour or size selection, you can send your shed back to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll exchange it for you. Please contact us for details prior to sending your shed back. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply. If you changed your mind and don't want the item, please contact us for details on how you can send it back. Item has to be sent back to us in its original condition within 7 days and we'll refund your purchase price (less restocking fee). The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.We will refund the monies to you within 1 week of us receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner. The refund will be credited back to you in the same manner as payment was made to eGardenSheds.com.au. Please note that our Spanbilt YardPro workshops are manufactured to orders and the manufacturer do not accept returns for those items. Could you tell me about the security capabilities & your policy for transmission of payment?

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, email, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully.

How does eGardenSheds.com.au protect customer information?

When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal PayFlow Pro gateway system. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. eGardenSheds.com.au does not store any credit card information on its servers.

    As promised, here is a piccy of our shed erected. It took us a while to organise the concrete slab and get the site ready after a big tree had fallen on our last shed. Let us hope there is no repeat performance of that drama !!! The shed was easy to erect and the instructions were so explicit. We are in our seventies and did have a friend to help us but for us to be able to follow the plan we thought was amazing for older people.

    From the moment we purchased the package, the delivery, the follow up and advice given to us was excellent and we would highly recommend your company to anyone wishing to purchase a garden shed.
